StyleCycle is the first Greek online resale marketplace dedicated to women’s and men’s fashion, with physical retail locations as well. It offers curated second-hand clothing, shoes, and accessories from well-known brands.

Here, you can sell items you no longer wear and buy the products you want at bargain prices, with discounts of up to 80% off their original retail price.

What products can I find on StyleCycle?

All products sold on StyleCycle are either brand new or second-hand in very good or good condition. You can browse all product categories or search by brand, item type, size, or by using the filters available in the menu.

How can I buy from StyleCycle?

It’s very simple. You can make a purchase either as a guest or by creating a profile with your username, email address, and password. Before or after completing your first order, you can fill in your shipping and billing information.

Because you’ll find highly competitive prices and be able to purchase products and brands you want in your wardrobe at affordable prices.

You can also give products a second life, extending their usability while earning money and saving space, all while contributing to a more sustainable way of consuming fashion.

At StyleCycle, we actively contribute to environmental protection by reducing our ecological footprint. We believe in the effectiveness of reusing clothing, footwear, and accessories, increasing both their lifespan and value.

How can I pay for the product I purchase?

Payments are made via credit or debit card in the fully secure and reliable Stripe environment (the world’s leading licensed e-commerce payment provider).

How can I request more information about a product?

On each product page, there is a “Description” section where the seller lists the product’s features and condition. In the adjacent “Comments” section, you can ask for clarifications or additional information, and the seller will be notified through the platform to respond.

Can I negotiate the price of a product?

Yes! We designed the “Make an Offer” feature, where interested buyers can send a lower offer to the seller.

The seller may accept the offer or submit a counteroffer within 24 hours, and the buyer then has 24 hours to accept it. The negotiation process is private and not publicly displayed on the platform. Notifications appear either in the user’s notifications area or via email.

How do I know the condition of products available for sale?

The seller declares the condition of each item when submitting the product listing. StyleCycle reviews whether the declared condition matches the uploaded photos.

How can I be sure the product I bought is authentic?

StyleCycle Authentication Process

At StyleCycle, quality and authenticity are our top priorities. Every luxury bag sold through our platform undergoes a strict authentication process to ensure it meets the highest standards of authenticity.

Using Entrupy, the internationally recognized authentication tool, every luxury bag and item is examined using specialized devices with microscopic lenses and AI algorithms. Additionally, we conduct a thorough physical inspection of materials, hardware, stitching, finishes, labels, and serial numbers to accurately verify authenticity.

All luxury bags that pass the StyleCycle authentication process come with the internationally recognized Entrupy certificate of authenticity.

  • Free authentication for products valued over €500
  • For products valued up to €500, authentication is available for a €15 fee

Guaranteed Security

If a counterfeit item or a product that does not meet our standards is detected, the sale is automatically canceled, the seller is removed from the platform, and the buyer receives a full refund.

Can I return a product?

StyleCycle guarantees a full refund upon return of the product if it does not match the listing description or photos and a defect or discrepancy is confirmed.

Sellers are reviewed by buyers, giving them strong motivation to accurately present and ship their products.

Purchases from Physical Stores & StyleCycle Direct Sales

For products purchased from physical stores (showroom: Skoufa 30, Kolonaki & flagship boutique: Laodikis 30, Glyfada), as well as products sold directly by StyleCycle, returns are accepted within 14 days provided that:

  • The product is intact and in its original condition
  • It is in its original packaging
  • It includes the purchase tag

StyleCycle.gr Return Policy

If you notice a defect upon receiving your order:

  • You must notify info@stylecycle.gr within 48 hours
  • Send at least 3 photos clearly showing the defect
  • The issue description must be specific and clear

If the defect is confirmed:

  • The return is accepted
  • You must send the product via the partner courier to the seller’s address
  • After shipping, send the tracking number to info@stylecycle.gr
  • A full refund will be processed within 5 days

After the 48-hour period:

StyleCycle may help mediate a mutual solution but does not replace any legal procedures.

Product Acceptance

If the buyer neither accepts the product nor requests a return, the product is considered accepted and payment is released to the seller.

How do I receive the products I purchase?

When you place an order, the seller is notified to ship the product through StyleCycle’s partner courier service. Once the pickup is scheduled, you’ll receive the shipment tracking number.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping fees are minimized for deliveries within Attica and the rest of Greece. Costs range from €3 to €5 depending on the product and destination. Shipping to Cyprus costs €15.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery time depends on when the seller hands over the item to the courier. From that date, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days.

If the product is shipped from an overseas StyleCycle supplier, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

Are sellers rated?

Absolutely. If a seller ships late or the product does not match the description, they receive negative ratings from both buyers and the platform. Repeated negative ratings may lead to removal from StyleCycle.

The product I bought does not match the description. What can I do?

Within 48 hours of receiving the product, you can send at least 3 photos to info@stylecycle.gr highlighting the discrepancies. If a significant defect or undisclosed issue is confirmed:

  • The sale is canceled
  • Your full payment is refunded

The product is returned to the seller

Can I resell a product I bought?

Yes, there are no restrictions. Our goal is to extend the lifecycle of every product by accurately describing its condition and setting a fair price.

What happens if the product I purchased is not shipped or is no longer available?

The buyer receives a full refund if the seller informs the platform that the item is unavailable or fails to ship it within 7 business days.

How can I sell an item on StyleCycle?

Using a computer, tablet, or mobile phone, click “Sell Now” and complete the requested fields:

  • Category
  • Product Type
  • Brand
  • Condition
  • Product characteristics (size, material, color, etc.)

You set the price, while the platform automatically calculates how much money you will receive.

It’s important to include the original retail price if known, so buyers can see the discount you’re offering.

You should also:

  • Add the product model in the title
  • Provide a detailed description
  • Mention any defects, wear, or size discrepancies
  • Include bag dimensions or heel height where applicable

Accurate descriptions increase your chances of selling by over 50%.

You must upload at least 5 clear photos showing all sides and the interior of the item.

The StyleCycle team reviews your listing before it goes live.

What products can I sell?

You can sell authentic branded fashion products that are:

  • New
  • In very good condition
  • In good condition

The following are not accepted:

  • Defective products
  • Heavily damaged items
  • Counterfeit products
  • Handmade or non-branded products
What photos should I take?

Place the item against a plain background and remove distracting objects.

Required photos include:

  • Front and back views
  • Interior and exterior details
  • Brand label
  • Soles, insoles, and heels for shoes
  • Hardware, chains, logos, and interior pockets for bags

Products with high-quality photos have a 70% greater chance of selling quickly.

How can I increase my chances of selling?

Provide:

  • Detailed descriptions
  • Clear disclosure of flaws or wear
  • High-quality photos

This both improves sales potential and minimizes returns.

How do I calculate the selling price?

The selling price should generally be at least 40% lower than the original purchase price, depending on the condition, and can reach discounts of up to 80%.

StyleCycle provides an automatic pricing calculator to estimate your earnings.

What is StyleCycle’s commission?

You set the selling price and see your expected payout through the pricing calculator.

StyleCycle’s commission is 13%, covering:

  • Platform services
  • Secure transactions
  • Reliable shipping
  • Personalized platform features

Additionally, the final listed price is increased by 5% to include the Buyer Protection Service, which guarantees:

  • Product returns
  • Refunds for canceled sales
  • Secure deliveries
  • Customer support

If the team believes your price is too high compared to similar items, they may recommend a more competitive price.

How long does it take for my product to go live?

The team needs 1–3 days to review your listing. If photos or descriptions are incomplete, you’ll be asked to update them.

How does price negotiation work?

Through the “Make an Offer” feature, buyers can send lower offers to sellers.

You can:

  • Accept the offer
  • Send a counteroffer within 24 hours

The buyer then has 24 hours to respond.

The negotiation process remains private.

Can I change my selling price?

Yes. You can lower the price anytime from your account under “My Products.”

What do I need to sell on StyleCycle?

To become a seller, Stripe requires identity verification through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

Your details are securely processed within Stripe’s environment and are not stored by StyleCycle.

The platform only keeps your bank account/IBAN information for payouts.

What should I do once my product is sold?

Once notified:

  1. Prepare the item securely for shipping
  2. Schedule a pickup through the partner courier
  3. Print and attach the shipping label from the email

The faster you ship, the faster you get paid.

How should I package my product?

To avoid damage during transit:

  • Use secure packaging
  • Wrap clothing and small items in paper
  • Protect corners carefully
  • Use original packaging if available
  • Seal the package with packing tape

The sender is responsible for safe packaging.

How and when do I get paid?

Payment transfer begins once the buyer accepts the product.

After acceptance:

  • Your payment is released
  • Funds arrive in your account within 7 business days

Stripe verification must be completed beforehand.

What happens if my listed product is no longer available?

You can mark the item as unavailable through your account or via the sales notification email.

The buyer then receives a full refund.

How are sellers evaluated?

Seller ratings are based on:

  • Product accuracy
  • Product condition
  • Shipping speed
  • Return rates
  • Value for money

Repeated negative reviews or selling counterfeit items results in removal from the platform.

When can a sold product be returned?

A return may occur if:

  • The product significantly differs from the listing description or photos
  • Shipping damage occurs due to poor packaging

In such cases:

  • The sale is canceled
  • The buyer is refunded
  • The product is returned to the seller
  • The seller may receive a negative evaluation
How do I receive my product back after a return?

Return shipping costs are covered by the platform. StyleCycle sends the buyer a new shipping label and coordinates the return shipment.
